Lift HQ Sandgate is the 4017's largest group fitness facility, proudly serving our local community with 95% of our 310 members residing in the 4017 area. As the owner, I’m not just passionate about fitness in all forms, I’m deeply rooted in this community. As the owner, I was born & raised in Sandgate & am deeply connected to this community. At 33, I bring a unique understanding of the local culture & a passion for creating a space where residents can connect, grow & feel at home. Lift HQ is more than a gym - it’s our own hub for encouraging health, resilience & a sense of belonging in the 4017.
