Please select the number of Entry Tickets (equals the number of people in your booking). Entry guarantees your reserved seat on the Pier. Then simply add the food options you prefer. Please note number of food serves must equal number of entry tickets. For Example if you select 5 entry tickets you could purchase one ‘2 person’ platter and one ‘3 person platter’. Tickets that do not meet these requirements will be voided.

Mediterranean Antipasto Platter (GF selections*)
Marinated artichokes, grilled zucchini and eggplant, roasted capsicum, buffalo mozzarella, semi-dried tomatoes, stuffed cherry peppers, mixed olives, and herb-marinated mushrooms. Served with crusty sourdough and extra virgin olive oil. *Includes some GF options – please check with the caterers on the night
Queensland Chilled Seafood Platter (GF)
A showcase of the freshest local catch served chilled and elegantly presented. Featuring Mooloolaba prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, Pacific oysters, blue swimmer crab, and marinated baby octopus. Accompanied by house-made sauces, lemon wedges, and a crisp seasonal garnish. Served with salad and bread roll

Delicate Portuguese-style egg custard tarts with a caramelised top and flaky pastry, Basque Cheesecake, Raspberry and pistachio Friande, Fresh Berries – *Includes some GF options – please check with the caterers on the night

Traditional Spanish Paella (GF)
Saffron-scented rice blended with fresh capsicum, tomato, and garlic. Finished with a hint of paprika and lemon for a bold, authentic flavor.
Cooked with your choice of either ‘Vegetables’ (Vegan) – ‘Traditional’ (tender chicken, prawns, mussels, and smoky chorizo) or ‘Seafood free’ (tender chicken and smoky chorizo).

ARE THERE CHILDREN’S TICKETS?
No. Liquor Licensing regulations require that this is an over 18 event only.
CAN I BRING FOOD?
No, this is a fully catered for event.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
The event will have a set menu options released prior to the event, with some dietary options included. Please see the complete menu for what is available, no additional substitutions can be made.
CAN I BRING DRINKS?
No, we are a fully licenced venue and there is a strict no BYO of beverages policy.
CAN I SMOKE AT THE VENUE?
No, smoking is to be taken outside the venue more than 20 metres from any entry.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT THE WEATHER IS INCLEMENT E.G. RAIN OR WIND?
An inclement weather alternative will be decided prior to the event. Please ensure you provide contact details in your ticket purchase to ensure you are kept up to date. The event will be postponed in the event of inclement weather to date within 7 days to 6 months of the original date – this decision may be made the day of the event. Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.
WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?
All Ticket sales are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
We would advise you wear comfortable shoes (Please note that stiletto heels are not recommenced as they can get caught in the pier). Also, because we are an open-air venue we would suggest to dress for the occasion. Depending on the season you may need to bring with you a warm coat.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF SECURITY?
Any Security guards at the gates, outside the venue and inside the venue are appointed by the Sandgate & Bayside Chamber of Commerce. If you have any issues please direct your questions to Event Staff or Security Staff.
WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES ON RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL?
The Sandgate & Bayside Chamber of Commerce takes the Responsible Service of Alcohol very seriously. We have Security Guards roaming the venue. Patrons are assessed upon entry to the venue and if deemed to be intoxicated will be refused entry. Police and security guards also patrol the area to ensure patrons are not “pre-loading” before entering the venue. If you are concerned about the condition or behaviour of patrons near you, please alert one of the Security or RSA staff members.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
If you do not have a designated driver in your party, we strongly recommend the best option for transport which is to catch the train to Shorncliffe and walk (10mins).
Driving: There is a drop off point at the event and note that there is some parking in the surrounding street.
Driving from: Brisbane City – Shorncliffe: 35 minutes Mooloolaba – Shorncliffe: 65 minutes Gold Coast – Shorncliffe: 1 1/2 hours[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
